Slow-Baked Salmon

  • One large filet of salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste (or your choice of seasoning)


  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Place the salmon on a large baking dish.
  3. Rub a thin layer of olive oil onto the fish and season with your choice of seasoning.
  4. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until desired doneness. For well done but not dry aim for 145°F (62°C).
  5. Serve with your choice of sides. In the picture we topped it with chimichurri. Check out our recipe for that here.
