- One large filet of salmon
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste (or your choice of seasoning)
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Place the salmon on a large baking dish.
- Rub a thin layer of olive oil onto the fish and season with your choice of seasoning.
- Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until desired doneness. For well done but not dry aim for 145°F (62°C).
- Serve with your choice of sides. In the picture we topped it with chimichurri. Check out our recipe for that here.
