- 1 cup (235ml) jasmine rice
- 1 1/4 cup (300ml) water
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) salt
- Pour unwashed rice into instant pot.
- Add water and salt.
- Pressure cook for six minutes.
- Once it's done, unplug the instant pot and allow pressure to naturally release for ten minutes.
- Open lid and fluff with a fork.
