Dark Peppermint Mocha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz (45ml) espresso (check out our stovetop method)
  • 4 oz (120ml) steamed milk
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) peppermint syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons (25ml) Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Syrup
  • Whipped cream and candy cane (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Start brewing a shot and a half of espresso.
  2. While the espresso is brewing, microwave the milk in a tall microwave-safe glass for one minute.
  3. When the milk is done, froth it in the glass using a whisk by rubbing back and forth between your hands real quick. Do this for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the espresso and milk into a serving glass.
  5. Add the peppermint and chocolate syrup then mix with a spoon.
  6. Top with whipped cream and candy cane pieces.
