Ingredients
- 1.5 oz (45ml) espresso (check out our stovetop method)
- 4 oz (120ml) steamed milk
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) peppermint syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons (25ml) Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Syrup
- Whipped cream and candy cane (optional garnish)
Directions
- Start brewing a shot and a half of espresso.
- While the espresso is brewing, microwave the milk in a tall microwave-safe glass for one minute.
- When the milk is done, froth it in the glass using a whisk by rubbing back and forth between your hands real quick. Do this for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the espresso and milk into a serving glass.
- Add the peppermint and chocolate syrup then mix with a spoon.
- Top with whipped cream and candy cane pieces.
