Air Fried Chicken Thighs

  • 4 deboned, skinless chicken thighs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder


  1. Place the chicken flat on a plate and season lightly with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Season heavily with garlic powder and onion powder - it's hard to overdo it.
  3. Flip the chicken and season the opposite side the same way.
  4. Return to refrigerator and chill for 1 - 2 hours.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes, flipping once halfway though.
