- 4 deboned, skinless chicken thighs
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Place the chicken flat on a plate and season lightly with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Season heavily with garlic powder and onion powder - it's hard to overdo it.
- Flip the chicken and season the opposite side the same way.
- Return to refrigerator and chill for 1 - 2 hours.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes, flipping once halfway though.
