Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef (country ribs, eye, whatever)
- soy sauce (1 cup)
- brown sugar (1 cup)
- ginger powder (1 tbsp)
- minced garlic (2 tbsp)
- red chili flakes (1 tsp)
Directions
- Sear the beef on all sides on high heat until crust forms
- While the beef is cooking combine rest of ingredients in a slow cooker
- Add the beef to the slow cooker and cook on high heat for 4 hours or until it has the desired tenderness. Do not cook too long or it will fall apart.
- Serve over rice with broccoli.
- Garnish with green onions and chili garlic sauce
