- Eggs (2)
- Cooking oil or butter (any kind is fine)
- Grease a good non-stick skillet
- Heat up the skillet on medium heat
- Add eggs to skillet
- Once the bottom of the eggs turn opaque (and the top is still like jelly) turn the heat down to low
- Wait until the eggs have reached your desired doneness. Don't rush it.
- Garnish with salt and pepper and serve with toast.
