Ingredients
- 1 pound (1/2kg) boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1oz (30ml) packet of taco meat seasoning (your choice of brand)
- 8oz (230ml) salsa (your choice of brand)
- Salt (to taste)
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Heat your largest skillet on high.
- Once the skillet is up to temperature, add the chicken thighs and cook until browned. Approximatley 8 minutes on each side.
- Once the chicken is done, turn the heat off, roughly chop the chicken on a cutting board, then add it back to the pan.
- Add the seasoning mix and the salsa.
- Turn the heat back up and cook until heated through.
- Taste and adjust season for salt if necessary.
- Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
