Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes (15)
  • Thai chili peppers (6)
  • Dried shrimp (3 tablespoons)
  • Fish sauce (4.5 tablespoons)
  • Garlic (3 cloves)
  • Green beans (18)
  • Shredded green papaya (6 cups)
  • Lime juice (3 limes)
  • Palm sugar (4.5 tablespoons)
  • Peanuts (6 peanuts)

Directions

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
  2. Finely dice the thai chili pepper and garlic
  3. Shred 6 cups of green papaya
  4. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl
  5. Serve as a side to any Thai main course
