Sriracha Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2lbs Chicken wings (buy the whole ones and save money)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Huy Fong chili garlic sauce (if you want more kick)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg (F)
  2. Cut the wings up into flats and drums
  3. Salt and pepper liberally
  4. Place on a wire rack
  5. Bake for 1 hour, turning halfway through.
  6. Extend the cooking time a little longer if you want even crispier on the outside.
  7. Mix the sriracha, melted butter, and chili garlic sauce together in a large bowl.
  8. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce and serve
