Ingredients
- 2lbs Chicken wings (buy the whole ones and save money)
- salt
- pepper
- 3/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp Huy Fong chili garlic sauce (if you want more kick)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 deg (F)
- Cut the wings up into flats and drums
- Salt and pepper liberally
- Place on a wire rack
- Bake for 1 hour, turning halfway through.
- Extend the cooking time a little longer if you want even crispier on the outside.
- Mix the sriracha, melted butter, and chili garlic sauce together in a large bowl.
- Toss the cooked wings in the sauce and serve
