Ingredients
- Frozen pre-cooked shrimp (1 pound)
- Butter (3 tablespoons)
- Olive Oil (3 tablespoons)
- Garlic, minced (4 cloves)
- White wine (1/2 cup)
- Chopped parsley (handful)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion powder (1 tablespoon)
- Red chili flakes (pinch)
Directions
- Melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium heat
- Add olive oil so the butter doesn't burn
- Add garlic and saute until fragrant
- Add chili flakes, onion powder, and sautee another minute
- Add shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes (just enough to heat them through)
- Add white wine and parsley
- If you screwed up and the sauce is too watery you can make it thicker with more onion powder
- Serve over rice, toast, or pasta
